Chad, co-founder and CEO of Soutirage, grew up fully immersed in the dynamic culture of the Napa region; from an early age he pruned vines, washed barrels, and drove tractors for pocket change. Chad's father, Justin Meyer, founded Silver Oak Cellars in Oakville, CA in 1972, a pioneer winery in the burgeoning Napa Valley region.
With Soutirage, Chad strives to build upon this family legacy of excellence, combining his entrepreneurial vision with his lifelong passion for wine. Meyer Family Office, which Chad co-owns and manages, is a business that incubates start-ups. In addition to Soutirage, Meyer's current projects are focused on G, a singular private wine club.
When he isn't working (and even when he is), Chad loves to travel, whether by train, Airstream trailer or as the pilot of his own small aircraft; he also sits on the Foundation Board for Napa Valley College.

Through her diverse background, Aimee brings keen operational expertise, familiarity and entrepreneurial experience to her role as COO of Soutirage. In operations positions that have spanned industries-from stock investing and asset management to publishing to iconic retail operations-Aimee has gained invaluable experience in business management and operational analysis.
In Boston, Aimee received her Bachelors degree Magna cum Laude, passed Series 7 and 63, and helped start a middle markets group at Bear Stearns. It was there, in working with significant private wealth, money managers and foreign banks, that she honed her understanding of customer service and her sense of urgency. With interim stints in Europe, Woods Hole and on an oceanographic research schooner in the Caribbean-her waning wanderlust led her home to the beautiful Napa Valley. Born and raised in the region, many of her contemporaries are part of the new generation of winemakers, having either started their own wineries or continued traditions begun by their parents or grandparents.
In addition to her work at Soutirage, Aimee also maintains an active role in the Napa Valley community, where she sits on the Foundation Board for Queen of the Valley Hospital.

Growing up immersed in the hospitality business, Brett Taylor always understood the importance of exceptional, personalized service. Determined to have a restaurant of his own, he set out to master the intricacies of owning and operating a successful restaurant. A fortuitous stage in a restaurant revealed the world of old and rare Italian wine, and the rest is, as they say, history. Brett went on to work with some Philadelphia's top culinary talents, learning the art of fine dining and honing the skills needed to develop inspired wine pairings.
After six years in Philadelphia, Brett moved to New York to pursue a career in fine and rare wine advisement for private clients. Born in Washington D.C. the youngest of four children, Alex and his family moved to Los Angeles when he was three years old-and he has called it home ever since. While earning his degree in Art History, with a minor in business, at the University of Southern California-Alex was visiting a college friend's family winery in Sonoma County when something clicked. Sharing a table in which everything served was made and grown by the family; he realized that he wanted to pursue a life in wine.
After college, Alex went to work at Wally's Wine and Spirits in 2002-the most established wine store in LA-where he remained for five years. But, he soon realized that he wanted to pursue a restaurant career. He began at the Four Seasons Los Angeles, until being hired as a sommelier at Nancy Silverton and Marion Batali's Osteria Mozza, in summer of 2007. Within a year, he was promoted to manager and head sommelier of Pizzera Mozza. In 2009, Alex was hired away as head sommelier on part of the opening team of Thomas Keller's Bouchon in Beverly Hills.

Genetic predisposition led Pablo to his own career in hospitality, which took him from Tra Vigne in St. Helena to Seattle, where he worked his way up from busboy to lead line-cook at Beard-awarded Fuller's, where he worked for renowned chefs, William Belickis and Monique Barbeau. Kate Grehl hails from Upstate New York, where many of her lifelong passions-golf, sailing, skiing, and horseback riding-have their roots. She attended Drew University and achieved an MA in Art Management from Boston University. Her love of the arts was put to practical use as an apprentice for the Washington Ballet. Kate began her wine-industry work in Publishing at Wine & Spirits Magazine, but ultimately traded office wear for winery boots and embarking on a series of harvests-from the Finger Lakes to Argentina, Sonoma, and Austria. While Kate loves Burgundy and Grüner Veltiner, her first wine project was a biodynamic, carbonically macerated Argentinian Syrah. While studying abroad at Oxford University she joined the Blind Wine Tasting Team and competed throughout Europe, diversifying her palate and learning directly from the producers she admires. After graduating magna cum laude from Wellesley College, Lucy bid goodbye to Boston winters and headed back West to Napa. As a Wine Services Advisor for Soutirage, she relishes working directly with clients to ensure the integrity of their cellars and collections.

After completing her degree in Early Childhood Education, the opportunity presented itself as a job with Disney based California. Hanneke served as a VIP tour guide for the parks and graduated to guiding itineraries all over the world. Her experiences coalesced to define a love of people, food, and wine-ultimately leading her to Soutirage where she applies her extensive experience to developing Soutirage Travel.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Christina graduated from Canterbury University with an honors degree in Russian and Business Administration. She experienced her first taste of old wine at a university Bordeaux tasting with Danny Schuster, and wine became an undercurrent of personal exploration through nine years of service in New Zealand's Foreign Service, including a three-year posting to the New Zealand Embassy in Bonn. On her move to the USA in 2000, she adopted wine as her full-time profession, gaining invaluable practical experience at K&L; Bonhams; and Vinfolio; interspersed with production work in the vineyards and winery of Forrest Estate in Marlborough, New Zealand. She was awarded the WSET Level 4 Diploma in 2013.

After graduating from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, Tara worked in social services in New York City. Tara went on to become the Associate Buyer for Morrell & Company where she developed a love of Washington State and Rhone Valley wines.

Inventory Services specialist, Phil Morich, joins Soutirage with more than three decades of experience in wine logistics, education, and service. Phil's career began in Sun Valley, Idaho where he balanced working in fine-dining with mornings spent telemark skiing. While both became life-long fascinations, Phil gravitated towards wine service as a career. He went on to achieve his level two Sommelier Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Level 3 of the WSET, and his Certified Specialist of Wine exam through the Society of Wine Educators. Wine education, both learning and teaching, has remained a cornerstone of Phil's work through off-premise retail and restaurant development, beverage design programs, and winery tasting room management.

Working throughout the valley helped cultivate an appreciation for Napa's natural beauty and today Nick enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his daughter and their two dogs.
